Hope for Korah seeks to break the cycle of extreme poverty and offer hope and a brighter future to the most vulnerable children and families in Korah, Ethiopia. Korah is an impoverished urban district situated adjacent to the city garbage dump in Addis Ababa.
We have over 350 children who need shoes! Shoes are desperately needed in Korah, as they are often outgrown or worn out on the rough and uneven streets. We plan to purchase a new pair of shoes for every child in our education and after-school tutoring programs.
