Hope's Home is a family-centered environment that provides care and respite to medically fragile children giving them a place to grow, play, and be kids.
Our vision sees all medically fragile children and their families enjoy better lives through integration, acceptance, and involvement in their community.
About Hope's Home Incorporated
As a growing charitable organization and the first of its kind in Canada, Hope's Home is immensely proud of its achievements and the standard of excellence it has set for such a unique model of care.
Our families and children receive the benefit of physical and occupational therapies, integrated and inclusive programming, and the security and expertise from a team of specialized pediatric care providers.
Based on individual assessments and a total approach of planning and setting goals for each child, it has been exciting to watch so many medically fragile children and their siblings grow physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.
What People Are Saying
"We are incredibly proud to say Ethan was the first medically fragile child to receive care at Hope’s Home; his time there has benefited our family in more ways than we can ever say, and on behalf of our entire family we thank you for supporting children like Ethan and families like ours."

"Robert seizured 50–100 times a day and lived with non-stop injections of medications that caused numerous side effects. Challenges seemed to find us on a daily basis. Thanks to [Hope's Home] we’ve learned that there are truly wonderful people in our community willing to make a difference."

"We brought Zoe to Hope’s Home when she was just 20 months old. At Hope’s Home she was simply a little girl loved for who she was and not defined by her medical needs or her condition. No parent could hope for more, and the services Hope’s Home provides to families like ours is truly priceless."
