Our Mission
Hospice Dufferin exists to support and enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families facing a life-threatening illnesses or bereavement. Services are provided by volunteers and a small team of employees.
About HOSPICE DUFFERIN
Hospice Dufferin provides palliative pyschosocial supports for individuals and their families in the County of Dufferin- Ontario. Supports include volunteer visits in the client's home,long-term care facility or hospital, group programs, and a lending library of educational materials for adults and children.
