Hospice Huronia strives to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families facing life-threatening illness or bereavement. Trained volunteers provide physical, emotional and social support at home, in hospital or nursing home.

Hospice Huronia offers support and non-medical care and comfort. We are a supplement, not an alternative, to medical care and other community support programs. Our focus is on emotional support, comfort, dignity and hope for people confronted with a life-threatening illness. Bereavement services are also available to anyone who has lost a loved one.
