Hospice Muskoka staff and volunteers walk alongside individuals and their loved ones throughout every stage of the palliative journey—from diagnosis, through end-of-life care, and into the grief and bereavement process. We are there to offer comfort and dignity when people need it most.
We provide compassionate care through three interconnected streams of support. At Andy’s House, our home-inspired residence, specialized Nurses and PSWs deliver 24/7 palliative care in a peaceful, serene setting. Through our Andy’s House at Home program, that same compassionate care extends into the community. We also offer a range of community programs and services, including grief and bereavement support for individuals of all ages, spiritual care, companionship, caregiver education, and advance care planning—made possible by our dedicated Social Worker and incredible team of volunteers.
Our approach honours the whole person, caring not only for physical needs, but also for emotional and spiritual well-being. Every conversation, every moment of comfort, and every act of kindness is guided by the belief that no one should face the end of life or grief alone.
