OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Hospice Muskoka is a volunteer driven, community based, not-for-profit organization providing compassionate support to individuals and their loved ones of all ages and backgrounds, who are coping with end-of-life issues and bereavement.
CATCHMENT AREA: Hospice Muskoka has been serving the residents of South and West Muskoka since 1995 in the communities of Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Port Carling, Bala, Mactier, Honey Harbour, Kilworthy, Severn Bridge, Vankoughnet and all areas in between!
WHAT WE OFFER: Specially trained visiting volunteers provide non-medical, supportive care with a focus on the emotional and social needs of our clients and their families where ever they live – at home, in hospital, retirement and nursing homes. We also provide grief and bereavement support for persons of all ages, including children and youth. Education and public awareness about our programs, advance care planning and end-of-life support/services is available.
