As a not-for-profit organization, Hospice Niagara has been helping people live well since 1993. People and families across Niagara receive exceptional and compassionate hospice palliative care from time of diagnosis through to end-of-life care. Bereavement support is offered to children, teens and adults in our community, even if they did not receive hospice care.
We help people in their homes and in our hospice residence, supporting each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual health and well-being.
