A program to support hard-working high school students living in difficult financial circumstances to graduate high school.
Our Mission
The HOST Program provides financial support to hard-working high school students who live in difficult financial circumstances to help them graduate high school.
Each recipient receives $160 each month, from September through June, for a total of $1,600. Students are selected by school officials who can confirm the student's dedication to school and financial difficulties.
100% of all donations are distributed to the students. All administrative expenses are borne by the volunteer Board of Directors.
In 2024-25, we will support at least 220 students in 65 Ottawa youth high schools.
