For nearly 40 years, the Centre of Learning & Development (CL&D), formerly known as East End Literacy, has been serving Regent Park, Moss Park, and St. James Town with education and training that helps community members reach their potential and build connections. Dynamic programs respond to community needs and include Academic upgrading, Immigrant Women Integration Program, Digital Storytelling, leadership development, and clear language & design.
More recently, CL&D launched a Social Enterprise incubation program leading to the birth of two local businesses: Regent Park Catering Collective and the Regent Park Sewing Studio. Join us in supporting entrepreneurs, creating jobs, and building community.
We build community, one person at the time.
Strong communities together.
