Our Mission

Helping to finance projects and activities for the students and schools of Riverside School Board on the South Shore of Montreal:

We all want our children to receive the best possible education. We expect governments and school boards to fund all aspects of the education system. However, today's financial constraints make this difficult. Our students and schools need community support to fund projects and activities that regular budgets can no longer provide.

About SOUTH SHORE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION

Some of the projects and activities that may be funded by the Foundation are:

- literacy and after-school programs, additional help to students

- scholarships, bursaries and prizes

- educational trips, cultural exchanges, art and music programs

- sports activities

- improvement of facilities

- purchase of library books and educational equipment
