Our Mission
Inner City Pastoral Ministry is an interdenominational Christian Ministry of Presence. In partnership with the community and guided by the Spirit of God, we walk with the people of the Inner City of Edmonton. We provide a worship service every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at the Bissell Centre West building, with a lunch following the service (provided by volunteers from 90+ churches and groups from Edmonton and area). We also provide personal pastoral visits and activities during the week, including men's and women's spirituality groups and retreats. We have a special focus on building relationships and engaging with the Indigenous community in the inner city.
The focus of our ministry is simple: "we go where the people are".
