About SALT SPRING HOSPICE SOCIETY
Salt Spring Hospice Society is a not-for-profit organization led primarily by volunteers who are dedicated to bringing comfort, care and support to people affected by life threatening illness. We hope to add quality of life to the end-of-life journey, making the end of life as worthwhile as the rest.
Salt Spring Hospice Society is a member of the palliative care team made up of other health care providers on Salt Spring Island. Our services are provided in home, hospital or long term care facility by selected and trained volunteers. We charge no cost to ensure they are timely and accessible for those that need them.
