About Manitoba REALTORS® Shelter Foundation:

Manitoba REALTORS® recognize that shelter is a vital component of our communities and understand that structured fundraising and philanthropy are beneficial to community development. Therefore, the Manitoba REALTORS® Shelter Foundation was created to support Manitoba charities that are devoted to shelter-related causes.

As a public foundation, the Manitoba REALTORS® Shelter Foundation (MRSF) supports projects, programs, and organizations serving Manitoba’s vulnerable populations. Every dollar raised by the foundation effectively goes toward Manitoba charities that address drug addiction, homelessness, and community supports to families in crisis.

REALTORS® know that safe shelter is the foundation of every healthy community. Manitoba REALTORS® Shelter Foundation is our collective commitment to give back and help build stronger communities.

From community home upgrades, kitchen equipment for meal programs, and operational costs for newer charities, grants provided by MRSF often fill funding gaps not covered by donors and government funding. Your transformative donation not only delivers safe housing, resident supports and vital amenities, but also helps to deliver dignity, hope and a sense of what home is to people who have experienced marginalization, discrimination, medical hardships, domestic violence, and addictions.
