In The Works has been designed to centralize existing community services while providing a thoughtfully structured workplace where participant employees can safely learn, develop and practice necessary skills for their future personal and professional endeavours.Our mission is to empower youth in recovery from mental illness and addiction to redesign their lives in a way that fulfills their wants and needs.
