Our Mission
To provide high quality assistance and representation to low income injured workers and survivors in Ontario with their workers’ compensation cases. IAVGO is committed to providing this assistance through casework, law reform, community development and public legal education. We focus on assisting vulnerable and precarious workers, including migrant workers.
As a workers’ compensation specialty clinic, IAVGO is a resource to other clinics and representatives.
IAVGO also operates Advocates for Injured Workers [AIW], staffed by students from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
