Interwoven Connections is Ontario's association for parents and caregivers navigating permanency. We're a community built on lived experience, working together to strengthen families so children can grow up with the safety, stability, and belonging they deserve.

We believe every caregiver deserves support, advocacy, and guidance throughout their journey. That's why we collaborate with partners across the province to connect families with the services and resources they need.

All of our programs are FREE. As a registered charity, we rely on donations to ensure no family navigates complex systems or challenging moments alone.
