Interwoven Connections is Ontario's association for parents and caregivers navigating adoption, kinship, and customary care. We're a community built on lived experience, where caregivers support caregivers—because raising children through permanency takes strength, resources, and connection.

We exist to ensure no caregiver faces this journey alone.

Whether you're fostering sibling relationships, navigating complex systems, or supporting a child through trauma, we walk alongside you with guidance, advocacy, and community. We collaborate with partners across Ontario to connect you with the services and support you need, when you need them.

All of our programs are FREE. As a registered charity, we depend on donations to be there for every caregiver who reaches out.
