Our Mission
The Institute for Research Communication and
Development (IRCD) is a registered charity, in operation since 1985. Its mission is to contribute to the renewal and transformation of Canadian society by:
- Organizing retreats, conferences, seminars, and other activities aimed at promoting the cultural, spiritual and professional formation of both students and adults. These activities take place in it's Cedarcrest Conference Center in Ontario and Copper Ridge Conference Centre (CRCC) in British Columbia.
- Promoting the pursuit of personal excellence among people of all backgrounds and social conditions.
