ISANS helps immigrants and refugees build their futures in Nova Scotia.
For over 45 years, we have welcomed newcomers from their very first steps in a new country. Today we support more than 17,500 people from over 180 countries, as Atlantic Canada's leading immigrant settlement agency.
Our work meets newcomers wherever they are:
language services, settlement support for families and children, employment and business development programs, community connection, and pre-arrival help that begins before someone even lands — delivered in person and online, in English, French, and more than 24 other languages, across 104 communities throughout Nova Scotia.
