Our Mission

F Cancer is a movement to change the way cancer is perceived and diagnosed in our society, and how cancer patients and survivors perceive themselves. We say it's time to ditch the stigma and the victim mentality; let's shift the balance of power from the cancer to the patient; let's turn “patients” into fighters and survivors.

Ever since the word cancer has been around, we've been looking for a cure. So why do we keep hearing that there will be a cure in our lifetime? Where's the cure? What about us? We're not saying forget the research. We're saying let's fight this disease as effectively as possible until there's a cure.

We will help arm people with crucial information on how to live preventatively and how to recognize the earliest signs of cancer. We're shouting from the rooftops that cancer is preventable, and that it's over 90% survivable if caught early.

We're going to change the way people talk about and fight cancer.
