Your donation will support École Mission Oasis de Savane Diane (ÉMOSD) located in a vast savannah in Haiti, in the Department of of the Artibonite. Founded in 1982 by Reverend Georges Emmanuel Pierre and his wife Ivrance Pierre, ÉMOSD is accredited by the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training - Saint Michel School District of the Attalaye. There are currently 150 children enrolled. The school operates at the pre-school and basic primary levels (1st and 2nd cycle).

The school depends entirely on donations. Financial support allows the school to provide basic education to underprivileged Haitian children. In addition, funds raised are used to run the canteen, which offers one meal a day and a glass of milk to the students. Donations also support the professional development of teachers.

Your donation will also support scholarships for students in Canada, including the Peters Labissière Scholarship for Student Retention.
