This February, 101.5 The Wolf, Global Peterborough, 100.5 Fresh Radio, urge our listeners / viewers to give whatever they can afford to Kawartha Food Share.

Hunger in Canada is a lot more common than you think. In fact, 1 in 7 Canadians are food insecure. Sadly, with the rising cost of groceries, the "need to feed" is greater than ever, but you can help! For every dollar donated, Kawartha Food Share can purchase $3 worth of food for those living with food insecurity in our community. Food is a basic human need that deserves everyone's attention.

*If you are unable to make a monetary donation, we also greatly appreciate food donations.

Donations can be brought to the warehouse at 665 Neal Drive, Unit 1 or left in any of their collection bins located in all local grocery stores.

Any and all donations are welcomed, especially, tuna, pasta sauce, pasta noodles, canned vegetables and school snacks for children.
