- We offer a delightful and diverse range of more than 200 educational, social and recreational programs that help people stay ACTIVE, stay HEALTHY, stay CONNECTED and continue LEARNING.
- Our growing THRIVE program makes sure that low-income, vulnerable seniors get the groceries, medications and supportive visits they need.
- We operate a safe and supportive shelter for seniors who are experiencing elder abuse or homelessness. We're also part of a collaborative Elder Abuse Response Team and run an Elder Abuse Resource Line.
- Our information resources team helps seniors and their families navigate areas like government services, community resources and housing.
- Our vital adult day program promotes wellness by providing stimulating, enriching activities for older adults with significant health challenges.
- Kerby Centre has a dining centre where people can enjoy weekly music and dancing. We also have a woodworking shop, a wellness clinic, a fitness centre, a boutique for hand crafted goods and a Men's Shed. We're also the home of Kerby News, a monthly tabloid newspaper for those 50+ in southern Alberta.
