The Early Years Last Forever. 

Help us to increase the number of children that receive monthly books in our community through the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.  

It is like Christmas EVERY month when the books arrive.  The children, ages 0-5 years old, are excited to receive the books and are thrilled to have their parents, siblings or someone special to read to them.  Each book creates a love of reading and quiet time with their parents, away from screens and distractions.  

This program not only builds a strong foundation for a child to begin school but spills over to the whole society.  Benefits of early literacy are proven to include higher graduation and education attainment rates, lower remediation costs in school, higher employment rates and life expectancies. Early literacy allows individuals to participate fully in society with less reliance on social programs.

Inspire a child to read for only $3.85 per month, and we will send them a high-quality, age-appropriate book through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
