Our Mission
To provide financial support of camperships at Ontario Camps Association accredited camps through contributions from individuals, corporations, agencies, events and other promotions. We strive to give opportunities for children to develop long lasting relationships and to acquire life long skills and an appreciation of the natural environment.
About Kids in Camp
Kids in Camp is a national registered charity with the goal to help children to attend any day or overnight Ontario Camps Association (OCA) accredited summer camp (Over 450 camps), despite financial hardship. Research shows that an experience at a happy, safe, caring camp provides profound, positive, lasting benefits.
Since 2009 we have helped over 3500 children attend 148 different camps for a total of 7,500 weeks! We have contributed close to $ 1,500,000.00 in funding for these camperships.
