About KINARK CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES
Kinark Child & Family Services is one of the largest and most respected children's mental health centres in the province of Ontario.
When children and youth are suffering from a mental health problem, we see it most often in the way they ACT in their BEHAVIOUR.
They may be depressed, angry or lonely.
They may be having difficulty making friends.
They may be in trouble at school.
They may have tried or talked about suicide.
They may be bullies or have been the victim
of bullying.
They may be in conflict with parents, teachers or police.
They may be struggling with drug and/or
alcohol abuse.
They have shown homicidal or arson tendencies (fire-setting, hurting/killing pets or other animals).
