Kinbridge Community Association (Kinbridge) takes a grassroots, neighbourhood-based approach to community support in South Galt, Cambridge, and beyond. For more than 25 years, we have worked alongside residents in Christopher Champlain, Southwood, and neighbouring communities, to strengthen individuals, families and the wider community. Serving a population of more than 34,000 people, Kinbridge offers recreation, education, social supports, leadership development, and volunteer opportunities for all ages.

Our work begins with listening to the people who live in the communities we serve. Residents help identify local challenges—such as poverty, isolation, food insecurity, and limited access to safe spaces—and they help shape the solutions. This results in Kinbridge's offering of practical, responsive programs like Cambridge Neighbourhood Table, youth leadership and job skills development, seniors’ social and gentle exercise opportunities, creating welcoming places for children and families to gather, and more. Kinbridge also works with community partners across Cambridge and Waterloo Region to connect people to services without duplication.
