Kinmount District Health Services Foundation (KDHSF) is a Registered Charity with the sole function of supporting the Kinmount & District Health Centre. Comprised of volunteers from the community, the KDHSF’s major functions are to:
- Assist the family practitioners in identifying qualified candidates interested in becoming a Family Practitioner with the Kinmount & District Health Centre;
- Help in the retention of existing Family Practitioners at the Health Centre to ensure consistent health care for our patients;
- Maintain the building and grounds to provide a pleasant and caring environment for patients and staff alike;
- Fund raise to help provide funding to enable us to meet our obligations to the community; and
- Provide the funding for the acquisition of specialized medical equipment for the Health Centre.
