About Kitchensink Rescue Farm & Sanctuary

Established in 1999, Kitchensink Rescue Farm & Sanctuary is a haven of love and compassion for animals in need. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide refuge, protection, and affection to abused, neglected, and injured animals, promoting true compassion for all creatures in the world.

Situated in the serene landscapes of Roberts Creek, British Columbia, our sanctuary has become a safe and caring home for a diverse array of animals. From cows, pigs, sheep, and goats to horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and more, our farm currently houses 74 animals, all of whom have found solace and healing under our watchful care.

At the heart of our sanctuary is the belief in loving all creatures, and this principle guides every aspect of our work. We have saved the lives of over 125 animals since our inception, offering them a second chance at a life filled with love and kindness.

In addition to our commitment to animal welfare, we actively engage in educational activities for Sunshine Coast residents. Through these initiatives, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of compassion towards animals and provide people, both young and old, with the opportunity to connect with animal life in a kind and nurturing way.
