KCSF's Leadership, Engagement, Advancement, and Development Program (LEAD) is a multi-month learning and enrichment program for selected KCSF scholars that focuses on:
- Leadership skills;
- Engagement with community;
- Advancement of participants on their unique paths to success;
- Development of character and soft-skills.
Goals
- Accelerate and support leadership development of Korean Canadian post-secondary students through community engagement; and,
- Create positive outcomes in the broader Korean Canadian community by delivering events and programs addressing the needs of the Korean Canadian community.
