LCCT is a small charity helping make the Lakeshore Corridor a better place for all. We work closely with the Compass Food Bank.
Lakeshore Corridor Community Team (LCCTeam) is a 100% volunteer-run registered charity dedicated to creating life-enriching experiences for children, youth, and families in need along the Lakeshore Corridor — from Clarkson through Port Credit to Lakeview.
We proudly collaborate with and support local organizations, including The Compass Food Bank & Outreach Centre, Embrave Agency to End Violence, The Shoebox Project, Armagh House, Impressionable Gifts Diaper Drive, Port Credit Legion, and local faith communities and schools. Together, we help fill the gaps where others cannot.
Our programs include Cues-4-Campers, which sends kids to summer camp; Gift of Christmas, a festive family luncheon featuring a hot turkey meal, crafts, live music, and gifts from Santa; and Paddle for the People, a community fundraiser that brings families together through fun and friendly competition. LCCTeam also provides essential items and technology assistance to local students and families throughout the year.
By helping children experience the joy of summer camp, ensuring families share a warm meal during the holidays, and supporting year-round community needs, LCCTeam fosters compassion, inclusion, and hope.
