Our Mission
Our goal is to light the way to a brighter future. The LAMPE foundation is community-based non-profit organization. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting education by encouraging qualified students from the Eastern Townships and from across Canada with financial assistance and mentoring.
The LAMPE Foundation provides support through heritage scholarships for students who have demonstrated their ability to serve their communities as leaders and through designated awards such as the Sherbrooke Hospital Foundation scholarships for Townshippers who are training to become health professionals and who choose to remain in the Eastern Townships.
About Lampe Foundation
The Scholarship Foundation was established in 1993 as a registered charitable organization and renamed the Lampe Foundation in 2010. It aims to support the education of men and women in our community and to encourage continuation of studies. We believe that educating people enables them to contribute meaningfully to our society, both in their chosen career and their family life.
