About LANGLEY ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY
LAPS was established in 2003 by a dedicated group of volunteers eager to see a positive change in the way animals were sheltered and cared for in Langley. To uphold these founding member's values, we continue to focus on providing excellence to the community.
Based out of the Patti Dale Animal Shelter, our staff and volunteers care for more than1400 dogs, cats and farm animals each year. We strive to give each animal has the best chance at a happy and healthy life
