The Langley Hospice Society is committed to providing emotional, practical and spiritual support for people who are living with a terminal illness, their caregivers, family and friends throughout the last stage of illness, at the time of death and during bereavement.
In addtion to palliative support through the hospice residence and in the community, the Langley Hospice Society provdes important programs and services, free of charge to the community we serve. These include: palliative care and support; individual and group grief support programs for children, teens, adults and families; the Supportive Steps Walking Group for bereaved adults; Camp Chrysalis, a summer camp for grieving children, teen grief support and outreach; specialized volunteer training programs; community education and outreach; and more.
