The Quebec Association of Mennonite Brethren Churches (AEFMQ) has a distinctive view of the world. This may come as a surprise to some. Our congregations are communities of believers who wish to live out the words of Christ in contemporary society. We are convinced of the relevance of the Gospel message to meet the deepest of human needs. We consider the message of Christ to be an invitation to live in a vital relationship with God, with ourselves and with those around us. We seek to live out our faith in authentic, balanced and intelligent ways taking into consideration the pluralistic and secular realities of our current society. We aim to influence our world in significant ways and to contribute towards making the world more human and more Christian.
