Each fall, the Loughborough Christmas and Emergency Relief Committee reaches out to previous recipients to assess their current needs. We rely on the honesty of our clients to provide accurate information regarding their circumstances. In situations where we have concerns aobut whether assistance is warranted, we will work with the client to better understand their situation and determind appropriate next steps.
If, for any reason, we are unable to offer direct assistance, we will refer the client to other organizations that may be able to help.
Our operating funds are generously provided by donors within our community each year. It is therefore essential that these funds are allocated to benefit those who are genuinely in need of assistance. Our goal is to ensure that every dollar is used to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our community members.
