Our Mission
Founded and incorporated in 1989 by choreographer Danièle Desnoyers, Le Carré des Lombes is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the research, creation and production of original contemporary dance works, and to ensure their presentation both nationally and internationally.
The teaching of the repertoire and the processes of creation, along with audience awareness activities, are also key components of the company’s mandate.
