The Centre Regain de vie works to improve the lot of people in the THÉRÈSE-De Blainville RCM living in a situation of socio-economic precariousness. Its main objective is to offer them food aid, listening and support.

Through our educational approach and respectful interventions, we want to awaken the population and overcome prejudices. Thus, we encourage an egalitarian relationship that promotes an approach of autonomy in the person.

The services we offer are divided into three components: Intervention, Education and Food Security.

STIMULATE the emotional, social, cognitive, motor and language dimensions of young children in the drop-in daycare.

OFFER a respite to parents to give them a rest or allow them to take steps concerning their personal or professional life.

PROVIDE food assistance to those in need.

DEVELOP food autonomy and healthy lifestyle habits through collective kitchens.

CONTRIBUTE to the personal journey of users by promoting an approach of autonomy.

GRANT listening and helping relationship services.

PROMOTE as the case a return to school or integration into the labor market.

REINTEGRATE into society, the homeless population or at risk of becoming homeless.

PROMOTE volunteer action.
