Our Mission
Our goal is to favour an encounter with Christ, to awaken Christians to their baptismal responsibility and forming acculturated and missionary communities so as to promote societies that are more just and more fraternal. Abroad, we are mainly involved in health care, education and social services; promoting the status of women is one of our priorities.We encourage the participation and collaboration of lay missionaries in various mission projects which are initiated overseas.

The true characteristic of our Institute, the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception,is that of simple and joyful women of various nationalities who have come to recognize the gratuitous Love of God in their life. We are 519 religious working in 13 countries; we collaborate in the life of the local Churches where we are in service. We live the evangelical values in a spirit of joy,hope and thanksgiving.
