Our Mission
The Lea Roback Foundation offers financial assistance to economically disadvantaged women who want to pursue their studies but cannot do so without such assistance. These scholarships will enable them to develop their autonomy and contribute to the collective advancement of women, just as Lea Roback wished on her 90th birthday.
The Lea Roback Foundation promotes education as a means of emancipation and personal and collective fulfillment, and advocates universal access to education.
Each year, the Lea Roback Foundation awards scholarships to women of all ages who are in financial difficulty and yet socially committed. This helps them to realize their plans to go back to school or pursue their education, to take their future in their own hands, to realize a dream, or sometimes even to escape the vicious cycle of poverty.
You can contribute to these scholarships, given every year, by making a donation to the Foundation.
All contributions, however modest, are welcome.
