Leaders of Tomorrow Canada exists to change that. Our mission is to inspire, strengthen, and accelerate emerging and mid-career leaders across the nonprofit and social-impact sector.

We deliver a transformational leadership program that blends immersive learning with year-long mentorship to help leaders grow with clarity, courage, and confidence.
Our Three-Phase Leadership Journey

Phase 1 – Immersive Experience (5 days): Intensive exploration of leadership purpose, strengths, and practical tools.

Phase 2 – Mentorship & Coaching (1 year): Personalized support as participants apply their learning in their organizations and communities.

Phase 3 – Leadership Summit (1.5 days): A reflective capstone that strengthens their leadership community.
