In response to the Chek News Story (link below), the overwhelming support of the public wishing to Help Teams like Rachelle and Loki has prompted us to create the Loki Fund. Rachelle was prompted to speak out on the outrageous costs imposed on the disabled community by the ministry as part of the guide and service dog certification. Funds from this campaign go to paying for these expenses.
