The Leaside Heritage Preservation Society (LHPS) is a not-for-profit, registered charitable organization founded in November 2020. Our goal is to preserve and promote the history of Leaside for the education and enjoyment of all. Our activities include participating in and organizing community events, researching, and publishing historical information, and finding and acquiring historical items relating to Leaside as part of our long-term goal to establish a permanent museum for their storage, preservation, and display. The LHPS has a Board of Directors consisting of nine experienced and dedicated members of the community and is a member in good standing of the Ontario Historical Society.
