Helping women to help themselves.
We believe in mutual support, developing friendships, and bearing witness to successes and the challenges of all our members. We strive to break isolation and connect women with the resources and skills they need to feel empowered in their lives and in the greater NDG community and its surrounding areas.
Given the persistent rise in the cost of living over the past years, as well as the lack of women-focused services available in our neighborhoods, the women in the Montreal community seek for help, support, and ressources to navigate through their personal challenges.
At Women on the Rise, we host a diverse range of group activities that empower women by means of validating and supporting their personal experiences.
