By supporting L’Équipe Entreprise, you are supporting two clienteles: adults living with mental health challenges and isolated seniors on the territory!

L’Équipe Entreprise is a resource for social and socio-professional integration in mental health, which offers cooking activities as a work tray. It is aimed at people living with mental health challenges (schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, etc.) and psychosocial issues.

Our participants have the opportunity to promote their social and/or socio-professional integration through culinary activities, housekeeping, diving or customer service with or without the support of our teaching resource, as part of the Cuisinons en équipe agreement  with the Centre d'éducation des adultes Jeanne-Sauvé (CEA Jeanne-Sauvé) of the Centre services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB).

In addition, the frozen meals produced by our participants are distributed in our community, especially to seniors and isolated people through Meals on Wheels, thanks to our partnership with

Training activities aim to develop skills, attitudes and behaviours that are conducive to improving self-confidence, autonomy and becoming confident in coming into contact with a multitude of people and situations.

Each participant works according to a personal action plan that takes into account their abilities and aspirations. We encourage empowerment while offering varied tasks in a dynamic environment.
