about

Our Mission

Let’s Talk Science is an award-winning, national, charitable organization focused on education and outreach to support youth development. We create and deliver unique learning programs and services that engage children, youth and educators in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Let’s Talk Science motivates and empowers youth to fulfill their potential and prepare for their future careers and roles as citizens.

Let’s Talk Science brings science to life free of charge for children and youth across Canada. We are unique in our reach to diverse audiences, which include preschool through high school youth and educators, and post-secondary and industry-based STEM volunteers. We mobilize an impressive world-class network of volunteers and we support educators to directly inspire and engage Canadian youth each year. Since 1993, we have excited, inspired and engaged more than 4.5 million children, youth, educators and volunteers in STEM.

Let’s Talk Science provides meaningful learning opportunities that ignite a passion for STEM in students of all ages and is committed to offering programming in English and French.
