At the Longueuil Branch of the Navy League of Canada, these moments aren’t dreams — they are real experiences we’ve been offering since 1917 to the Navy League Cadets (CCLN 121 Pélican) for ages 9–12, and the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets (CCMRC 223 Longueuil) for ages 12–18.
