We are a charity/society providing road, high angle, swiftwater rescue and assist emergency services in Lillooet & surrounding areas.
Mission: To protect those in need while working with other emergency services in a timely manner.
Purpose: To provide rescue services and assist other emergency agencies.
About: We are a charity/society that provides vehicle extrication, high angle rope rescue, swiftwater rescue, aid in emergency disasters, and assist other emergency services in Lillooet and surrounding areas. We help with a variety of community events.
We are all volunteer and the donations we receive goes to the charity/society. We average 32 calls per year. We have practices every week and certificate training when required.
Rescue relies on volunteers and donations (and grants). We are always looking for new members. If you would like to find out more information or apply please contact us. Donations can be sent by CanadaHelps or cheque, cash mailed to Rescue.
