LIMESTONE LEARNING FOUNDATION - WHO ARE WE?
We are a not-for-profit organization, that has been supporting the Limestone District School Board area schools within the Kingston, Napanee and North/South/Central Frontenac areas for over 25 years.
We seek financial donations to ensure that we can continue to provide increasing range of unique educational opportunities for all students, not otherwise able to be provided by the Limestone District School Board or through the Ministry of Education.
Our Mission

Our Vision
Is to inspire excellence in education by funding school and classroom initiatives that demonstrate creativity, innovation, empowerment, equity & inclusion and ensure that an increasing range of educational opportunities will be available for all students, now and in the future.

With donations and money raised from fundraisers, the Foundation funds unique projects with an emphasis on Mentorship, Sustainability and Pay-it-Forward.
Mentorship: older students mentoring younger ones; community members mentoring students
Sustainability: creative ways to ensure the project has long-term results
Pay-it-Forward: building on ideas that can expand and grow into new learning possibilities
As a public, non-profit Foundation with charitable status, all gifts are completely tax deductible, in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
