Hi, nice to meet you!

We’re Linwell Church, a new community church replant in St. Catharines, Ontario.

We started our journey many years ago as St. Catharines United Mennonite Church, with a mission statement: “sent to be the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus Christ.” In keeping with this mission, our community decided to revitalize our church and replant as Linwell Church as we seek to faithfully follow Jesus and reach out into our neighbourhood.

We replanted because we’re seeking to be a church for people who don’t yet go to church, maybe for people who feel like they don’t fit somewhere else, or maybe even for people who are searching for a different type of church community that emphasizes following the loving, peacemaking way of Jesus.

As a diverse, multi-generational church family, we strive to follow in the way of Jesus together in our lives, in our words, and in our deeds.

So friends, no matter your background, you are welcome and loved here – just as you are.

Give

We are grateful for your generosity. Your giving serves to contribute to the work of our church, as well as work being done in our local community and throughout the world. As a registered charitable organization, we are pleased to offer a number of giving options. These are in addition to giving opportunities during each of our Sunday services, as well as donations that can be made, in person, by visiting our church office. In all cases, your confidentiality is maintained, and receipts will be made available for tax purposes.

Interac e-Transfer

E-transfers are accepted. Simply direct your giving from your bank’s mobile app to give.linwell@gmail.com.

Pre-Authorized Debit

Regular, monthly donations can be made by means of pre-authorized withdrawal. Customers of any bank are able to take advantage of this option. Please note: pre-authorized contributions can only be made towards our church budget. You can download a form here.

CanadaHelps

Both one-time and monthly donations can be made securely through CanadaHelps, by means of credit card or PayPal. Options for donation to the church budget, as well as giving to Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), are available.
