L’Oasis is an alternative community group in mental health whose mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals—whether or not they have a diagnosis—who are facing challenges related to their mental health.
We stand out through an alternative approach based on the values of welcoming, mutual support, and solidarity. Through a variety of activities and services, we promote inclusion and well-being for everyone.At L’Oasis, we welcome a person, not a diagnosis!
